An issue has been identified that may impact Octopus Cloud customers when using Polling Deployment Targets or Polling Workers.

Customers may experience deployment failures with a Transaction Deadlock error in the deployment logs or a Polling Tentacle Timeout.

A fix is being applied to all Cloud Instances which will occur during the next outage window for the instance.

Customers who are directly impacted and need an immediate resolution should contact support.
