Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with users not receiving their email activity exports has been resolved. Impacted users will need to re-trigger the export from the activity feed. All services are now operating normally at this time. We thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this.

Newly requested email activity exports should be received as expected, if you had previously requested a CSV export from the activity feed please go ahead and try exporting again. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating
Starting around 12:35pm PT on September 10th, 2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with email activity export emails not being received by customers. Users who are triggering an activity feed export from their SendGrid Account may not receive the subsequent email containing the export. Searching in the activity feed still functions as expected as well as the API endpoints for users with the Email Activity add-on. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
