The incident has now been resolved, ongoing monitoring has shown the platform has returned to normal stability.

All users previously affected should be able to install new connectors and run connector updates without disruption.

We have implemented a fix in Production.

Affected users should now notice that their QuickBooks Desktop connectors can now run the required updates after clicking 'OK' on the pop-up notification and complete datasets syncs.

We have identified the cause of the incident and are currently implementing a fix to remediate the issue.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have successfully tested and rolled out a fix in Production, and no later than 10:00PM BST.

Investigating
We are actively investigating an issue preventing some QuickBooks Desktop connectors to run an install or an update in Production.

Affected users will notice that a pop-up notifying them that an update to the connector is required. Despite clicking on OK to start the update, the pop-up does not disappear and the update does not start. Affected users may also notice that syncs are unable to start.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 9:45PM BST.
