The delay is now down to under 30 minutes and the system is churning through the backlog of requests. We are still actively monitoring this delay.

Investigating

We noticed a delay of up to 1 hour for tasks that were submitted between 12.30 PM and 1.30 PM ET. We are actively working on scaling up asynchronous worker to process the backlog of subscription creation requests.
