A fix has been implemented, and we are actively monitoring to confirm the issue is fully resolved.
To clarify, this incident affected only customers who configured DUO as an MFA provider directly within the Delinea Platform. Customers using DUO MFA through external identity providers—such as Entra ID or Okta—were not impacted.

Investigating -
We have identified an issue causing DUO MFA to fail within the Delinea Platform. As a result, users who rely on DUO for multi-factor authentication are currently unable to log in using this method. Affected users may encounter the following error:
"Please try again later and check that you answer your authentication challenges correctly. Otherwise contact your System Administrator."
Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
