We’ve identified and resolved the root cause of the downtime impacting HubSpot in two instances: first, between 1:23pm ET - 1:31pm ET and secondly, between 1:53pm - 2:16pm ET. During those two time windows users likely saw intermittent loading issues of the HubSpot platform. No data loss occurred during this time.
