We have put all our available resources into resolving the issue. The Databox Web App is still occasionally inaccessible.

The Databox Web Application is still occasionally inaccessible for a short period of time, and when attempting to log in, the error message "Error 500. Internal server error" is shown.

We are further investigating this with the highest priority.
