Description: IT Visibility - EU - GoodData Dashboards were Unavailable

Incident Summary:
On Friday, May 12th, at 4:30 PM PDT, we received notification of a service disruption affecting the GoodData workspace service in the EU region. This disruption had the potential to impact access to the GoodData Dashboards within IT Visibility for our customers.
Upon further investigation, our technical staff discovered that urgent and unscheduled maintenance was being performed by the vendor in the EU region, resulting in connectivity issues in the GoodData workspace management. At 5:15 PM PDT, the vendor confirmed the completion of the scheduled maintenance, and normal operations were restored.
Subsequently, our technical staff restarted our internal services to ensure smooth operations. Health checks were performed, leading them to conclude that the incident was resolved.
Root Cause:
The incident was caused by urgent maintenance conducted by the vendor in the EU region, which resulted in unscheduled downtime affecting the GoodData workspace management.
