Monitoring
Our engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve the issue that affected the modification of the DNS records for the existing domains via the Cloud Control Panel. Users should now be able to modify or create new DNS records for the domains within their Cloud Control Panel.

We are monitoring the situation and will post another update once we confirm it is fully resolved.

Investigating
Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with modifying or creating new DNS records in our Cloud Control Panel for the existing domains.

During this time, some users may experience issues editing the DNS records from within the Cloud Control Panel and also when navigating through the tabs available in the domain section. Users should be able to modify or add new DNS records to the existing domains using the API.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information.
