Our monitoring systems detected connectivity issues with Luminate Online preventing customers from accessing their solution. In addition, we have identified impact to Blackbaud Communication Services where some Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud CRM customers may experience mail services and integration issues between these products and Luminate Online. Our engineers are still working to diagnose the cause so that they can resolve it as quickly as possible for you. Please continue to reference this page for updates.
