Sending emails and booking meetings through Outlook 365 connected accounts is now fully accessible. We've identified and addressed the root cause of the issue. The incident has been fully resolved and Outlook 365 inboxes should be working properly. No data was lost.

We've addressed the issue that caused sending emails and booking meetings through Outlook 365 connected accounts to be unavailable since 3:15 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Apr 25, 2023. We're monitoring performance closely to ensure the tools recover properly.

Update
Sending emails and booking meetings through HubSpot via connected Outlook 365 accounts is failing for some customers. This is causing users to receive error notifications.
Meetings links are working in offline mode, however, the event will not show on the user's calendar. Instead, they will receive an in-app notification.
We're investigating the issue and will update this page when we have more information.

Update
Sending emails through HubSpot via connected Outlook 365 inboxes is failing for some customers right now. This is causing users to receive notification emails stating “We’ve detected that you’ve hit your sending limit determined by your email inbox provider”. We're investigating what's causing this issue and will update this page when we have more information.
