ProPay resolved their incident indicating processing returned to normal. We are no longer seeing any transaction processing issues. This incident is resolved.

ProPay is aware of an issue that is preventing some transactions from being processed. The have identified the source and are actively working to resolve the issue. As soon as additional information is known, we will let you know.
