An issue has been identified which affects the ability for customers to self-restore using the Crucial backup infrastructure.

Our system administrators have disabled public access to all backup servers until this issue can be fixed. This decision has been made as a precautionary measure.

All backups remain operational, and all backup data is secure.

Should you require assistance restoring any data which is stored on these servers, please open a support ticket with the details and we will be happy to assist you.
