A configuration issue resulted in Redtail CRM being unable to communicate with a critical service directly related to authentication. Our engineers diagnosed and remediated the issue to restore functionality. After the fix was implemented, authentications began to be completed but due to high volume traffic, the time for things to normalize was protracted.

Those pesky server gremlins' shenanigans have been thwarted. A fix to resolve the issue has been implemented and monitored. Our engineers are working to round up those pesky gremlins. We believe all have been located and humanely removed. However, there may be a chance that an extra shifty one still lurking in a crevice or two. We are continuing to monitor the situation. You should see accessibility start to return but it could be slow initially due to high traffic. We thank you for your continued patience as we work on this issue for you.
