A configuration issue resulted in Redtail CRM being unable to communicate with a critical service directly related to authentication. Our engineers diagnosed and remediated the issue to restore functionality. After the fix was implemented, authentications began to be completed but due to high volume traffic, the time for things to normalize was protracted.

Our engineers are working to round up those pesky gremlins. We believe all have been located and humanely removed. However, there may be a chance that an extra shifty one still lurking in a crevice or two. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
