This incident has now been resolved. Virtual Cards are back to being fully operational.

Please note that Fidel API's Visa issued Virtual Cards are currently failing. All attempted transactions will be declined for the next 48 hours and new cards will not be generated. A fix has been identified and is in process. We will update on here when the issue has been resolved.
