We have addressed the issue and connections are back as expected. We continue to monitor the system. System status is returned to Operational.

Investigating
We are currently investigating System errors on US-EAST-1. Some customers are reporting an error message of "Maximum number of server active requests exceeded"
We will update this shortly with more information.
