This is still under investigation by Twilio. We will provide a further update within the next 8 hours. We are not aware of any customer impacted by this incident.

Investigating
Twilio are currently investigating an issue with TaskRouter where a small number of Tasks are failing to cancel when the Task timeout is reached. We expect to be able to provide a further update in 1 hour or as soon as one becomes available.
