Our data supplier has solved their issue. We have restored the feature and the system is operational again. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will be conducting an investigation to ensure similar issues do not happen in the future.

We have confirmed the issue is indeed due to an outage in our data suppliers. This failure affects police record verification for customers who subscribe to this feature. We have temporarily disabled this feature until our partner service comes back to normal.
