Microsoft have concluded that their outage didn't last long and is indeed over. They are still investigating the root cause of the outage but since none of our services have been impacted for several hours now, we are closing the incident while keeping track of further development.

Monitoring
Microsoft are still keeping their warning status for Azure network infrastructure for all regions, but for the time being, we cannot see it having any effect on our services any more. We are monitoring status on both Microsoft status page changes and our own systems and services.
