Monitoring
A fix to stop the issue with partial refunds has been implemented successfully and we are now monitoring the results.

The task with reviewing the partial refunds done in the past and correcting the excessive refunds already done is still in progress.

During the past few months, we have seen issues with the partial refund function through Shopify where certain partial refund requests might have been processed more than one time.

We are working on this issue with high priority and at the same time we are also in the process of reviewing all refunds for all of our customers using Shopify, to make sure that all consumers get the correct amount back from Nets and that the excessive refunds are returned back to our Nets Easy customers using Shopify.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and will reach out to all affected merchants with our findings.
