We have successfully resolved this issue at this time, with both the Hosted West and now Hosted East backlogs cleared. Task processing continues as new Tasks are made, and no backlog of processes.

We are aware of a new service disruption with eSchoolPlus 21.4 Hosted East clients Impacting Tasks from running, and Task process backlog had not caught up yet. Hosted West Task backlog has been caught up. We are working to assess the situation and will continue to provide you with regular updates as they become available.
