Outlook not connecting to Exchange+ 2016
Incident Report for Mailprotector
Resolved
Outlook connections to the Exchange 2016 servers have been restored.

The remaining issues will most likely be local to the computer. Cached connection information or Autodiscover inaccuracy will cause odd behavior. Please be sure to check https://support.mailprotector.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020337952 for a registry edit that can help. Also, Microsoft's KB with two additional registry changes to ignore cached data can be found at http://tiny.cc/phkiuz

Monitoring
The issue has been fixed, and validation tests confirm that Outlook can connect to the servers. We believe it may take some time for Outlook clients to retry the connection. Users may be encouraged to restart Outlook, or their computer, to attempt a quicker connection.

We are continuing to monitor the servers.
