We have implemented an improvement and reduced the error rate.

We’ll continue monitoring this over the next few hours and are already working on a postmortem report.

Identified
We have identified an issue with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Data Sources, where the Data Source connections cannot be refreshed due to rate limits related to refresh access tokens.

The issue can be identified by getting the "Temporary sync delay" error messages for HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Metrics on the Databoards and Query Builders.

We are already working on resolving this and will share an update soon.
