Our third-party service provider has reported that the majority of their resources affected by the earlier degradation are in full recovery. Since approximately 6:00AM PST, we have observed error rates and site latency return to normal levels on the Upstart platform.

Monitoring
The Upstart platform started experiencing issues related to service degradation with an (upstream) third-party service provider at approximately 4:10AM PT. Our third-party service provider identified the issue and began implementing remediation. By approximately 6:00AM PT, error rates on the Upstart platform were decreasing back to normal levels. We are continuing to monitor the recovery of our third-party provider, and will provide updates as our service provider works to fully resolve the issue.
