We resolved the issue and the Web Application is now working as expected.

We’ll continue monitoring this over the next few hours and are already working on a postmortem report.

Investigating
Databox application has been unavailable since 5:40AM EDT (11:40 CET).

The issue can be identified by seeing the Internal Server error message when trying to access the accounts or no data being loaded.

Syncing of data is not affected and is executed according to the normal schedule.

We are investigating the root cause of the issue, and will share an update soon.
