The team has decided to sign and issue a rescue block and force a new Consensus Group to be formed. We will continue to monitor the Consensus Group through the next election.

Identified
The team has been managing a long election cycle in the Consensus Group. Although blocks are being produced, transactions are flowing and PoC/Data Transfer is completing, we haven't seen a successful election and rewards being issued for the last 10 hours.
We are evaluating our options and plan to have a solution this evening.
