Bonjour,

Nous ne constatons plus de perturbations sur l’authentification 3D Secure des porteurs Crédit Agricole – LCL depuis 12h35 ce jour.

L’utilisation du SMS renforcé semble avoir fiabilisé le parcours d’authentification et le volume de code erreur remonté .

Nous clôturons cet incident, externe à nos services.

Hello,

Since 12:35pm today, we do not notice any more disturbances on the 3D Secure authentication of the Crédit Agricole - LCL cardholders.

The use of the reinforced SMS seems to have made the authentication process more reliable and the volume of error codes has been reduced.

We close this incident, external to our services.

Des perturbations sont constatées sur le service d’authentification 3D Secure (mobile) des porteurs Crédit Agricole & LCL .

Ces perturbations sont récurrentes mais de faible intensité depuis 10h30 ce jour .
En détail, les phases de perturbations observées : 10h30 – 12h00 / 13h15 – 13h30 / 14h30 – 14h45

Nous ne manquerons pas de vous tenir informés au plus vite de la suite observée à ces perturbations.

Disruptions have been observed on the 3D Secure authentication service (mobile) for Crédit Agricole & LCL cardholders.

These disruptions are recurrent but of low intensity since 10:30 am today.
In detail, the phases of disruptions observed: 10:30 - 12:00 / 13:15 - 13:30 / 14:30 - 14:45

We will keep you informed as soon as possible about the continuation of these disruptions.
