Thinktel has implemented a fix for the issue that caused the activation delays, provisioning in their dashbaord is confirmed to be functioning properly, and we are considering this incident resolved. Customers with orders still pending completion due to the delay have been contacted to advise on activation options.

Bandwidth is expecting possible delays in port completion for off-net Canadian ports with Thinktel due to an incident with their network. We're currently engaged with their teams for a solution.
