The intermittent 404 issues with the Cloudsmith CDN was resolved. Starting October 7 2:37 AM PDT, some customers experienced elevated error rates accessing content from the edge locations in the eastern US. The elevated error rates were fully recovered on October 8 12:32 PM PDT. All issues have been fully resolved and the system is operating normally. The root cause was related to issues at our infrastructure provider for the CDN (AWS/CloudFront), and was corrected by them. However, we raised the issue with them and worked it along with the investigation to completion. Apologies for any inconvenience caused!

The issue appears to have resolved itself now (let us know if not), but we're still investigating the RCA; it appears that the issue only affected nodes of the CDN that are located within the east coast of the states, which may explain the intermittent nature.
