Identified
We have identified an issue which is affecting a number of Customer Portals. The issue, the cause of which has been identified, means that we are having to restore data from backup and that data entered between approximately 1:45 pm and 1:59 pm today will be lost. Any data entered during this time will have to be re-entered when the portals are available again. We expect the portals to start coming back online shortly We apologise for the inconvenience that this will have caused
