Monitoring

We have resolved the problem with quarantine notification emails, and notifications are being sent. However, a small number of user notifications did not go out. We're working on resolving the issue for those users. In the meantime, if you feel you should have received a scheduled digest sometime in the past 24 hours and did not, please be sure to log in and check your your message log for any items that may have been quarantined, but that you may not have received a digest for.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue causing quarantine notification emails to not send in the UK region. Other mail flow is still occurring.
