On August 10th, 2022, at 10:12 UTC, it was determined that the Anaplan Data Center (US East, US West, Germany, Netherlands) Platform was inaccessible. Investigation into the cause of the issue took place and identified a change implemented which caused our systems to point to an incorrect network node. The network node was corrected on the impacted systems which restored service to Customers.
To avoid a reoccurrence of this issue, we are working towards improving the change management process within the teams and also introducing additional peer review of critical infrastructure related changes to ensure we identify any potential issue prior to implementation.
