We have not seen any further errors with the Google Sheets Report Connector, so at this point we are considering this issue resolved. If you run into any further issues with the Report Connector please contact Greenhouse Support. We apologize for any impacts this may have had to your workflow as we worked to resolve this with Google.

Monitoring
We have seen a significant decrease in the amount of errors being reported from Google with the Report Connector. We're continuing to monitor to make sure that the issue has been fixed but you may still see sporadic errors until we're sure it has been completely resolved. We will continue to update as we learn more.

Update
We've escalated this issue to Google and are still awaiting a response. While we await a fix from Google, if users wish to utilize the formulas built out in Google Sheets, they will need to export the report from Greenhouse Recruiting as a CSV and copy the data from the CSV file into Google Sheets.

Update
As a more recent update, we are still waiting on Google to resolve these issues and customers may still experience errors related to the ongoing partial outage on Google. We will update again as soon as we know more. As a reminder, this only affects customers using Google Scripts add-ons for the Google Sheets Reports Connector.
We will update accordingly when we receive any new information.

We are still investigating this but suspect this is related to an ongoing issue with Google, specifically with Google scripts add-ons. We'll continue to update as we learn more.
