The authentication issues have been resolved. The Exchange servers are responding to requests. The emails that have been deferred will be delivered on the next retry interval of the individual message.

We are continuing to monitor the system. At this time, the Exchange+ 2016 platform is operating.

A security subsystem of the operating system may be preventing the Exchange servers from authenticating connections. The team is continuing to troubleshoot.
