We have deployed a fix and are monitoring health of project imports. Customers may see that imports initiated during the duration of this incident may not complete and these import jobs will need to be reattempted.

We have identified the cause behind import issues being experienced and are working on a resolution. Project imports are being processed but users will experience longer than usual processing times for imports to complete.

Update
We are seeing increase error rates when users are importing new projects via SCM integrations such as Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket, etc. Users may experience lack of information in Import logs, longer import times and/or import failures. We are continuing our investigation into the root cause and we will provide an update as soon as possible. Please note that MT-AU & MT-EU environments are unaffected at this time.
