This issue has been resolved. We are once again receiving customer outreach and believe all outreach sent during the Zendesk outage has come through.

Update
Our provider is still investigating the issue, however, we are no longer seeing issues with receiving chats and emails. We will resolve this once we receive confirmation from our provider.

Our upstream provider, Zendesk, is currently experiencing an issue that is affecting our customers from reaching out to us via chat and email.

We will resolve this incident once we have received confirmation the issue has been resolved from our upstream provider.
