Plaid Integration: Historical bank transactions unable to be fetched for newly linked companies

The incident has now been resolved, ongoing monitoring has shown that the platform has returned to normal stability.

All users previously affected should be able to sync bank transactions via our bankTransactions (or banking-transactions) endpoint for their Plaid connections without disruption.

We have implemented a fix in Production.

Affected users should now notice that data for both the banking-transactions and bankTransactions data types is now syncing successfully.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue whereby data requested from Plaid is not reaching our environment. This is only affecting the bank transactions data type.
