The Tax Administration’s SSL Certification problem has now been resolved and we also observe that the invoice reports are processed as intended by the authority’s system.

Please note that alongside the Hungarian Tax Authority’s SSL certification update yesterday, other system and information security dependencies have also changed, which directly affects the data communication process with the Online Invoice system.



You may experience that the documents uploaded after 5th January, 2023 05:00 p.m. (CET) are in a Sending or Pending status waiting to be processed by the Online Invoice system.



Connectax System Operators are analysing and working on eliminating the data communication blockage.

Investigating
Connectax Hungary informed us that their system went down because they are uploading their certificates.

This has caused that many document miss the app response generated by the Hungarian Tax Authority. They have already been informed and they are working on a solution.

We´ll provide with an update as soon as possible.
