Cloudflare have communicated that a fix has been implemented, we are monitoring the results and can see sites recovering in our monitoring system.

Update
Support tickets can still be submitted via the console, but may not be available to view from certain locations.
We are still receiving all tickets submitted via the Platform.sh Console.

We are aware of issues with Cloudflare connectivity. Any sites using Cloudflare's services may be unavailable in some parts of the world.
