Update
We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for our media service. During the maintenance, you may experience disruption when viewing any media (photos, videos, PDFs) via the web app, the mobile app, as well as the API.

We have reported issues related to opening and downloading the PDF files on the inspections. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly.
