Our service provider has reported full recovery of all degraded services. From approximately 7:30AM PST to 1:30PM PST yesterday, the Upstart platform experienced elevated error rates, specifically with a small set of borrowers performing manual document submission. Error rates have returned to normal levels on the platform.

Update
Our service provider has reported that mitigation has taken place, and recovery is in progress. As of approximately 1:30PM PST, we have seen error rates on the Upstart platform return to normal levels. We will continue to monitor our service provider's recovery, and will provide further updates when recovery is fully complete.

Monitoring
The Upstart platform is currently experiencing issues related to service degradation with an (upstream) third-party service provider. At the moment, end-user impact appears limited to a small set of borrowers during manual-document submission. We will continue to monitor the situation, and provide updates as our third-party service provider works to resolve the issue.
