Update
We have re-routed traffic to a different region. Users should be seeing improved performance within portals. We are continuing to investigate the issue.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing issues with degraded performance within portals in our Global clusters.
It might happen to portals in this region that portal performance is degraded and experience 502 errors. We are working hard on the solution of this problem and will keep you updated on the progress.
