Create Order page redirects to Orders page when using "New Style" UI

This incident has been resolved.
Monitoring
A fix has been implemented for this issue. You can now select the "New Style" UI checkbox and you can create an Order from a Customer Account with no issues.
Identified
We have identified an issue when clicking the Create Order button on a Customer Account, it redirects the user to the Orders page.
The workaround is to uncheck the "New Style" under Profile -> Manage my Profile.
