We fully resolved the issue and the user interactions are now working as expected.

After continuous monitoring of the solution implemented, and no further issues recognized or reported, this incident has been marked as resolved.

Identified
Upon monitoring the incident after implemented solution, we identified that the issue is still ongoing and can be identified by getting the “There is an issue with retrieving the data” errors when changing Date Ranges, building Custom and Calculated Metrics, and opening the Advanced Settings.

We are working on resolving the issue, and will share an update soon.

We resolved the issue and the on-demand user interactions are now working as expected.

We’ll continue monitoring this over the next few hours and are already working on a postmortem report.

Investigating
We have been experiencing temporary downtime since 9:30 EDT (15:30 CET).

On-demand user interactions in Databox, such as changing Date Ranges, building Custom and Calculated Metrics, and opening the Advanced Settings, are resulting in “There is an issue with retrieving the data” errors. On-demand syncs are also affected.

We are investigating the root cause of the issue, and will share an update soon.
