You may have experienced errors on 3DSecure transactions from 6:15 PM UTC (8:15 PM CEST) to 12:00 UTC (2:00 AM CEST 28/05).
Visa encountered an incident on 3DS authentication which affected our PSP component.

This issue is confirmed to be resolved.

Who is affected: anyone in PRODUCTION.
