We have identified an issue impacting a subset of customers across Online Express, Email Services, Financial Edge, Financial Edge NXT, Raiser’s Edge, Raiser’s Edge NXT, eTapestry and Altru causing intermittent performance issue within these products.

Raiser’s Edge 7, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Financial Edge, Financial Edge NXT – The Citrix Access page is blank or does not load.

Online Express – Donation forms are slow to load or have intermittent failures when submitting payments.

Altru – Webform URL’s are intermittently not loading.
