Incident Report for Spektrix
Resolved
After closely monitoring all affected areas we are happy that this incident is now resolved.
This issue was caused by some degraded performance with one of our 3rd party infrastructure providers. We have been liaising with them to understand the overall impact and are happy that everything has been resolved on all sides.
The main impact to system users occurred between around 08:30 and 09:15 GMT.

Monitoring
We believe that the issues accessing and using Spektrix have now been resolved. We are continuing to closely monitor the situation.
We are working with our infrastructure providers to help ascertain more details on the cause of the issue and will post updates here when we're happy things are fully resolved, or if there are any other developments.

Update
We are seeing that many affected users are now able to initially log in and access the system, but may still see slow clicks and errors when using the system. We are still investigating the underlying causes of these issues and will continue to provide updates here.

Update
We are still investigating the issue where some users are unable to access their Spektrix system. For some this may also be affecting customers accessing Spektrix pages (like the seating plan choose seats page) online.
We believe this initially started around 08:30 GMT.
We are continuing to work on identifying this issue and will continue to provide regular updates.

We are investigating an issue where some users are having issues accessing their Spektrix systems. Others may experience slow clicks and timeouts when using the system.
