We have identified this issue as a bug affecting a small set of customers. As a workaround, users facing this issue can click on the dropdown arrow and select any of the reports to fix it.

We will be releasing a bug fix shortly.

We are investigating reports of intermittent issues with reports loading on certain C360/R360 pages with an error message “Failed to find report master”
