Dear merchants,

We have confirmed with our partner ShopeePay that there is an issue with redirection in the ShopeePay JumpApp URL.
Affected end customers will be redirected to their mobile devices App store instead of being redirected to the ShopeePay Payment page.

Please be advised to use an alternate payment method in the meantime while ShopeePay works on fixing this issue.
