Monitoring

We have deployed a fix for this issue and are now able to load the configurator on quotes that demonstrated this issue. We will continue to monitor this. Please try to access the configurator and please let IT support know if you do still see any issues.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

We are investigating reports that on some quotes users may be unable to open the configurator and will see a spinning blue box.
